Taleggio PDO is a cheese with a long tradition in Lombardy. Since 1996 it has a protected designation of origin. Thanks to its creamy composition and its slightly spicy flavor, it is appreciated by connoisseurs of the category. This cheese can be served with fruit and olives or enjoyed with bread. It can also be used au gratin on bruschetta or in oven-baked dishes.
